I am Allison, your Life Coach at Awaken and Shine Coaching.
With the underlying need to make a difference in people's lives and the world, I started my journey pursuing an Introduction to Counselling in the academic year 2003/2004.

Taking my training to another level, I started my coaching journey in 2010, when I became the 1st International Student of "David Essel, M.S., O.M., Counselor/Executive Coach".

I later graduated from JSCS in 2025, becoming a "Jay Shetty Certified Life and Success Coach".

My coaching skills and services are specially designed to foster personal empowerment, growth and holistic development. Making way for individual self reflection that leads to clarity, and well-being across various life aspects. My purpose and focus is to ensure every client receives the support they need for lasting change.
